Shape Equity Partners respects your privacy. This page describes what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Analytics cookies: with your consent, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand site usage in aggregate (pages viewed, time on page, country). No personally identifying information is collected through analytics.
- Form submissions: if you submit a contact form, we receive what you typed (name, email, message) so we can respond, and we may store the information in our customer-relationship system.
- Server logs: standard request data (IP, user agent, path, timestamp) is recorded for security and operations and rotated on a short retention schedule.
How we use it
- Improve site content, navigation, and performance.
- Respond to your inquiries.
- Detect and prevent abuse.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it to build advertising profiles outside the limited Google Analytics measurement described above.
Cookies and your choices
On your first visit you saw a consent banner. Analytics cookies are only set after you click Accept. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the klaro cookie for this site and reloading.
Data sharing
We share data with the third-party processors that make the site work: Google (analytics), and the email/CRM provider that delivers your contact form to us. Each is contractually bound to handle data on our behalf.
Your rights
You can request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you by emailing ir@shapeequity.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
